The percieved impact of increased levels of tourism is often negative, especially when specifically considering how the environmental quality may be affected.

This study investigates 10 sites in contrasting tourist and residential areas. Fieldwork collection will seek to identify whether or not a significant difference exists in environmental quality between these areas.

Modern formats of data collection using smartphones will enable the production of geospatial maps on ArcGIS when back at school.

The course is complimented with a range of supporting secondary information and a step-by-step basics guide to ArcGIS.
