Connect

We work with over 100 secondary schools and 6th form colleges and have established working relationships with the Geography departments within each of these schools.

We use our existing links to both consult with and engage with youngsters and their teachers.

Create

We pride ourselves on the quality of the engaging and accessible resources which we create.

We can develop a range of tools, activities, events & programmes to enthuse and inspire youngsters.

We have a track record of success having produced resources for The Broads Authority, Southwold Town Council and the Ordnance Survey.

Coordinate

The sustained impact and legacy of our projects will be enhanced with ongoing participation support, promotion and tangible goals for students to aspire to and engage with.

To ensure the most effective operation of our projects we can coordinate the support required and be the point of contact for all participants.

RECENT PROJECTS:

Southwold educational signage

Southwold educational signage

Working in partnership with local artist Joe Barnes, we created a series of 9 engaging educational beach hut boards which have been installed in Southwold's North Parade beach shelter.

Our brief from Southwold Town Council was to develop 'a series of signs which would connect with inquisitive minds' - the bespoke beach hut shaped boards all include a unique piece of custom artwork and a question about the coastal landscape, such as 'Are there sharks in the sea here?'

Broads National Park teaching resources

We teamed up with the Broads Authority as part of the lottery funded Water, Mills & Marshes project to create a series of unique and engaging geography lessons for KS3 students.

These lessons are designed to prepare students for GCSE geography by developing maths, fieldwork and GIS skills in addition to increasing their ability to interpret landscapes and analyse data.

Broads Triathlon Mapping Competition

Broads Triathlon Mapping Competition

Supported by the Ordnance Survey Get Outside campaign and working in partnership with local stakeholders we created and coordinated an innovative mapping competition which was accessed by over 10,000 students nationally.

Students were tasked to create a coherent and challenging triathlon route around the Broads National Park to include paddleboarding, cycling and running.

Prizes were provided by some of the outdoor industries leading names.
