From 1st March 2023 the GFA became a permanent tenant in Southwold's beautiful Old Hospital. We have secured the exclusive use of the large co-working space on the ground floor of the building which contains a large teaching space, 2 meeting rooms, a teachers work area and kitchen. 

We are delighted to have signed our first tenancy in an iconic, but also brand-new building. The Old Hospital only reopened in the town in the summer of 2022 and underwent a complete rebuild over the proceeding 3 years. The building has been rebuilt to the highest standards and offers a modern and professional base for us to create an exciting future right from the heart of the town.
